Two Four Media provides digital marketing services including social media management, local SEO, Google Business Profile management, content creation, reputation management and subscription services such as Highbeam Visibility.

By using the site or purchasing services, you agree to these terms.

Service details, pricing and scope are set out on the applicable service page or subscription agreement. We may modify or improve offerings at any time.

Highbeam Visibility is a recurring monthly service focused on Google Business Profile management and visibility support.

You authorise recurring monthly billing.

You may cancel at any time unless otherwise agreed in writing.

No long-term contract is required unless specifically stated.

We work in a manner consistent with Google's best practices. However, we cannot guarantee ranking position, visibility placement or search performance.

We are not responsible for Google suspensions, reverifications, algorithm changes or technical support decisions made by Google.

We do not guarantee lead volume or revenue outcomes. We make best efforts to avoid triggering reverification, but Google controls its platform.

Providing accurate business information.

Maintaining ownership and administrative access to digital platforms.

Ensuring the business complies with Google's guidelines and local laws.

Promptly notifying us of business changes.

Two Four Media is not responsible for inaccuracies provided by the client.

Fees are billed as outlined at the time of purchase. Subscriptions are billed monthly unless stated otherwise.

Payments are non-refundable once services are rendered. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination.

We may adjust pricing with notice. Existing lifetime or promotional pricing agreements are honoured as stated at the time of purchase.

Original content, systems, frameworks and methodologies created by Two Four Media remain the property of the company unless otherwise agreed.

Client-owned materials remain the property of the client.

We are not liable for platform suspensions or algorithm changes, third-party platform decisions, loss of data beyond our direct control, or indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding thirty days.

Either party may terminate at any time unless a written agreement says otherwise. Subscription services stop at the end of the billing cycle.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.

To respond to enquiries, deliver and administer services, send service communications and, where you have opted in, marketing email.

We do not sell personal information.
